It is a house that belongs to the Vilchez family, a family dedicated to agriculture ( cattle raising, farming, etc).
It’s a classy colonial style house, with three bedroom (2 double rooms and 1 dormitory), 2 bathrooms (1 private bathroom and 1 shared bathrooms), 1 kitchen, a dining room, a lounging area and a patio.

This house has a fabulous view of the landscape of the city, you can enjoy the pleasant climate that offers Matagalpa, either by lying in hammocks or just sitting in our lounging area overlooking the locals transit the streets.

The house is located in center of the city, on a street corner with easy access by the four cardinal points. Three blocks away from the main bus station, these buses are coming in and out the major cities of the country (Managua, Leon, Esteli, Chinandega).
